Size Exchange/Product Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to Massage On Whatsapp 91-9601649964 within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. In Exchange Policy reverse pickup facility is Not available . You Have to Courier At Our Place . Once Product Receive At Our Place Replace Product Will Dispatch.

Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available. In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it.

Return : We don’t take Returns.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

When Exchange is not accepted?
